Boost Your Energy & Improve your health with Indian Spices & Food!

Join cookbook author and home chef, Namita Moolani Mehra along with Wellness consultant & Functional Medicine Expert, Menka Gupta in an enlightening and informative health talk and hands-on cooking class where you will learn more about energy boosters and triggers of low energy as well as learn more about micro-nutrient deficiencies and the impact of hormones on energy. We will then learn to make 3 protein-packed, energy-boosting dishes!
  • We will be cooking together at a professional cooking studio.
  • The class size is limited to 10 participants only. Everyone will have a chance to actually cook and not just watch a demo!
  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a basic understanding of cooking.
  • The course is 4 hours long which includes time to prep, cook, eat together and clean up!
  • The class costs $130 per person and includes a free copy of Namita's 'Cooking with Indian Spicebox' cookbook
  • All ingredients and equipment will be provided.
  • In this particular class we will be cooking protein-packed Indian favorites: Chana Masala, Palak Paneer, Tandoori Fish and Methi Pulao.
